I AM AN AUNT

So Amber had her babies on Monday. They are so cute. I am way excited to be an Aunt. I cant post pictures because Amber has said no, but as soon as she gets home I am pretty sure she will put some up. Mom and babies are doing great and dad is super excited.

SNOW, SNOW, SNOW

I am so excited for this time of the year. I love the Christmas season and all that goes along with it. I love decorating I love the snow I just love it all. Aaron and I decorated for Christmas the day a Thanksgiving and I love it. We bought a new Christmas tree and it looks amazing. We did the tree in the front room in red and white and the tree in our basement is blue and silver. I have gotten all of my christmas shopping done for Aaron and my family, but I havent gotten any thing yet for Aarons family if you have any ideas let me know. I have been trying to get Aaron to put the lights on the outside of our house but I dont thing that is going to happen because he doenst want to get on the roof with the snow. I am so greatful for the Christmas season. It reminds me of what it is about. It isnt about what we give or what we recieve it is about our Savior Jesus Christ and what he did for us. I would like to say Merry Christmas to you not Happy Holidays because the reason for the seaon is Jesus Christ. I love the snow. I do not like driving in it, but I do love playing in it. I have a picture of Aaron and I riding on the 4-wheeler when it was snowing and we do it every year. I love doing that it is so much fun. I love going to temple square and looking at the lights and just spending time with family. I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas.

NEW MOON

So on thursday I went and saw New Moon at midnight with the sister and my sister in law. It was so much fun. If you thought twilight was bad you need to go and see New Moon because it is a lot better. I loved it and I want to go and see it again. I loved the way that Jacob looked. I loved Jacob from the book and it wasnt disappointing at all. The effects in this movie was a lot better. I cant wait to see Eclipse.

Halloween

Yesterday as my families monthly family night. We decided that we should do a Halloween theme since it was close to Halloween. Well we got half dresses up and half not it was still a lot of fun. I dressed up like a nurse, Aaron was a dumb. Kyle and Andrea dresses up like they had just gotten out of bed. My mom dresses up like a kirate person and my dad dresses up like a old cowboy it was really funny. I am so excited for Halloween I am suspose to go to a party so we will see what happens. I hope everyone has a good Halloween.

REMEMBER

So today on my way to work I was listening to the radio and they were asking people what they were doing on September 11th 8 years ago. They were saying that at that very moment no one will forget what they were doing and I have never forgotten. I remember the moment that I found out that the twins towers were hit. I was a sophomore in High School in my first class and my teacher had it on the TV it was the craziest thing that I had ever seen. I wish I was with them on there vacation.

This is the cake that I won. I loved it the girl made it look so cute and it tasted really really good. The cake was chocolate cake with raspberry and strawberry fillings it was really good.

So while we were there Aaron and I stopped and saw the Idaho falls temple it was really pretty, but let me tell you it took us like 15 minutes to find it because it isnt as tall as the temple here in salt lake where you can see the top of it from forever away. Anyway we had a fun trip and we will have to go back so Aaron can go to St. Anthony's.

IDAHO

So it has been a couple of weeks but Aaron and I went to Idaho and got my cake. It was so gorgeous I will put pictures of it on here as soon as I get home. We saw one of my friends that I havent seen in 5 years so that was really fun. We spot at Idaho falls and saw the temple and walked around a little bit all I have to say is that my vacation wasnt long enough. I will post pictures as soon as I get home I promise and I am hoping to keep this more up to date, but we will see.

24th of July

I am way excited for the 24th of July weekend only because my work is closed on the 24th and then I dont have to work on saturday so yeah for a 3 day weekend. I love the holidays when you can light fireworks and just have a good summer bbq. My brother in laws do fireworks that are amazing they call them the tank battles. I swear they set up like 50 or more tanks and have a war with fireworks it is awesome. I cant wait to see what my brother in laws come up with for tomorrow. I hope everyone has a happy a safe 24th of July.

4th of July

So my 4th of July weekend kind of sucked. It started out pretty good because with where I work I got a three day weekend which was nice because I didnt have to call in sick on friday. Friday morning we got a call from my husbands dad saying that is grandpa was in the hospital. All I have to say is I have never seen my husband cry as hard as he did on friday. His grandpa went to the hospital on thursday night and they said that he had a stroke. On friday he passed away around 2:30 because his heart stopped. I really liked his grandpa he reminded me a lot of my own grandpa that I lost 2 years ago. I am not a fan anymore of hospitals because every time I go to one someone dies. I am just glad that I got to know him even though it was a short time.

I WON

So I won the cake. I have never won anything in my life but I won the cake giveaway. I have no idea what I want to get so any suggestions would be wonderful. I know Amber told me to get it for her birthday so we will see. I was going to get it for her baby shower but that is in November and if I went to Idaho in November it might be bad. Well there you go bring on the suggestions.

MOTORCYCLE

So Aaron bought a motorcycle back when he worked at Honda. He got it for a really good deal and our idea was to keep it for a little while and then get ride of it. Well we finally decided to sell it. Concert

So yesterday was Aaron's birthday and my brother in law Ryan took us and saw the 311 concert last night. It was pretty good until everyone around us starting lightening up their pot. Oh my gosh it was so bad I have never smelt something that bad in my whole life. I got so sick because of the smell. The music was pretty good and I had alot of fun but as for going to another concert that I am told by people at work that there is going to be weed at I am not going. For the rest of the day it was pretty fun other then the rain. Oh my goodness is anyone else sick of the rain because I am. Anyway I hope everyone elses night was better then mine.

Great News

So for those of you who know and for those of you who dont my older sister Amber has been trying to have kids for 3 years with no luck. She was told by one doctor that she should just give up and come to the conclusion that she wouldnt ever be able to have kids and that was only after trying for 9 months. I decided that I was not going to have a doctor tell me that I couldnt have kids until I had done everything I could to have a baby so I went to a different doctor. I loved the doctor that I went to so I told Amber to go to him. She went to him and had a great experience. She has been seeing him for 8 months and nothing was wrong with her which was a great thing. She told my sister Amy and I on the of 13th May that she was pregnant. She didnt really want anyone to know that she was pregnant until she had the ultrasound just incase something was wrong or she really wasnt because she didnt want to be disappointed. Well she went to the doctor yesterday and..................................................................................................... She is having TWINS. I am so excited for her. Relay for Life

I am participating in relay for life. It is a walk for cancer. In my life there has been a lot of people that I know that has cancer and hasn't made it. I want there to be a cure so I don't have to see so many people suffer from such a horrible disease. The Bachelorette

So here it goes again, the bachelorette starts again tonight. I will be unavailable to do anything on Monday until it is over. I hope this season is good. Well for all of you bachelor fans have a good night.

Pillow Fights

We had Ben again last night and it wasnt bad. I picked him up from the bus and he was so excited to see me. We went back to Aaron's and my house and he played with some toys and watched two movies before Aaron got home. We had dinner which Ben was excited about because it was steak and he is really good with dinner he usually cleans his whole plate. After that I went and watched Bride wars which I had never seen before. (if you havent seen it, its is pretty good.) At the end of the show Aaron starts laughing because he says my shows are all the same. Ben starts laughing because Aaron is laughing and I dont thing it is funny at all. I grab a pillow off the couch and hit Aaron with it. He trys to get away and is telling Ben to tickle me, but he gets a pillow and starts hitting Aaron with it. All in all it was a really good day only two left wish me luck.

KEYS

So for the last couple of months I have locked the keys in my car about four times. Every time I do I have to call Aaron and have him come and unlock it. Well today on my lunch him and I both went home and as I am getting out of my car I turn to Aaron and say at least you are here I almost locked my keys in the car. He just started laughing and says I wouldnt unlock it because I dont want to. Well when I get back to work I get a call from him. He says hunny you are a crazy husband guess what I did, I locked my keys in the car with it running. I ask him if he needs me to come and unlock his car and he tells me that he has a security guy at work that hopefully can open it if not I will have to go and get him. Well luckily the security guy got it unlocked or I would have driven out there and made fun of him for a few minutes and then unlocked his car. Well I hope no one else does that today. Good Luck

It continues...

So we got Ben again on saturday and sunday he did pretty good. Ryan brought him over around 1 and I was working till 4 so Aaron had him. He did pretty good until right before I got off. I called Aaron to see what was going on and he said that everything was going well. We talked for a few minutes I asked what Ben was doing and he said that he wasn't sure. Aaron walked upstairs to see what was going on and he told me that he needed to let me go because Ben had just peed on the floor in the bedroom. Other then that it was a good weekend. We shampooed our carpet and got most of it out but it still smells. If anyone has any good idea's on how to get pee smell out of carpet let me know. When I was getting him ready for school today I was like Ben are you ready to go to school and he was really excited to go to school so I was really glad about that. Ben is starting to talk better so you can understand him most of the time when he actually wants to talk. We get him back on wednesday so I will let you know how that goes.

Babysitting

Well I have done the babysitting thing before, but it is totally different when it is a family member. For the next two weeks my in laws are on a vacation in Holland and the rest of the family is watching my brother in law Ben. Aaron and I get him wednesday's and saturday and sunday. On wednesday I got him off the bus and took him to Kohl's to get him some church pants, that went pretty good. After Aaron got home we had to go to the grocery store because we hadnt gone grocery shopping in a very long time. All I have to say is that when I have kids one of us will stay home and one of us will go to the store. Ben loves to run so he wanted to run all over walmart. When we got home I gave him a bath that was really funny because he loves playing in the bathtub. I got a cup to rinse his hair after I got done washing it and he had to rinse it by himself. Let me just tell you my floor in the bathroom was soaked. Getting him to bed was interesting. We finally decided that it was going to be easier to just put a movie in and have in fall asleep while he was watching it and it worked. He has to be up by 6 because the school bus gets him at 6:30 so I was thinking that will be good because that is what time I wake up for work well I was wrong. I woke up to him laughing at 4 o'clock in the morning and he wouldnt go back to sleep. Luckily for me Aaron gets up at 4:30 to get ready for work so it worked out really well. All in all it was really fun and I think Ben had a good time because last night when Ryan went to leave and Ben was suspose to go with him he told Ryan bye and shut the door. He did go with Ryan but it is nice to know he had fun. We will see what happens on Saturday.

Dinner

I am totally going to steal what my sister said on her blog but some of you dont read it so it is ok. Well last night I had my mom, my sister Amber and her husband Josh, my sister Amy and her husband Spencer and Aaron and I for dinner. Aaron made lasagna, Amber brought salad and my mom brought pizza. I really didnt know that you could really torch a pizza, but you can it was very crunchy. It was so bad that Amber got a sliver. Sorry Am that it left a hole in your lip. The lasagna Aaron made was really could. I am really glad my husband cooks it makes up for me not knowing how to cook that much. I hope everyone had fun at dinner last night we will have to do it again.

Birthdays

So March for me is a month of birthdays. My friend Ali's birthday was on the 12th. My brother in law Ben's birthday is on the 18th. My grandpa's birthday is on the 20th. My father in laws birthday is on the 23rd. My sister Amanda's birthday is on the 27th and mine is on the 28th. I just want to wish everyone that I know that has a birthday this month a Happy Birthday and I hope it is a good one.

The Bachelor

So I am just wondering if anyone in blog land watched the bachelor last night. I am so mad and considering sending them a letter saying that since Jason was stupid and dumped melissa on national tv that they should ask her to be the next bachelorette. I think it was very rude of him to bring Melissa on the show and back up with her and then not more then 10 minutes later he is kissing Molly. I am hoping tonight to the after the finale rose part 2 that Molly isnt with him anymore. Let me know what you all think.

Weather

I am liking how it doesn't get dark so early anymore. When I actually get off of work at 6 I'm not walking to my car in the dark. As for the snow it has got to go. I am ready for spring. I like when it starts to get warm and you can wear all you your cute summer clothes again. I will keep wishing for warmer weather until it comes. Here is for wishing.

Las Vegas

I am so excited. For my birthday I have decided that I wanted to go to Las Vegas and see The Phantom of the Opera. I have seen it before and it was so good that I wanted to go and see it again. We are going to leave on friday and come back on sunday. My sister Amber and her Husband Josh are going to come with us and they are going to drive because they have a bigger car then Aaron and I do and they don't like my driving. My brother in laws Ryan and Justin are also going to come, but they are going to fly and meet us down there. I am really excited to go I need a vacation just to get away. We are going to go on the roller coasters down there, but we arent sure which one to go one. If you have ever been on any of the roller coasters let you know what you think of them and which one we should go on. We arent going till the end of march so we still have time. I am also excited for valentines day I cant believe it is on saturday. My husband and I are going to the monster truck show with Amber and Josh and my sister Amy and her husband Spencer. I am so excited I have never seen it before and I hear it is really good. Everyone have a great Valentines day.

January

I really like the month of January. It is the beginning of a new year and I like the thought of a new beginning. My family has a lot of birthdays in January so that is really fun to celebrate. I am not a fan of how the air is during the month of January and how gross it looks, but I might acutally get to the mountains this month and get out of the gross air. My life at the moment is going pretty well I cant complain about anything. I hope everyone enjoys the month of January and have a good one.

BORED

I am so bored. Work has been so slow lately and I am done with everything that I need to do today. So if anyone has any ideas on what I can do while I am at work and have nothing to do let me know. I would be doing a lot of stuff if I were at home. I am trying to organize my filing cabinet and I am putting all of the stuff that I need from last year into a 3 ring binder, but as for work I need help. Well everyone have fun and dont get bored. MY SHOW
